Refund policy

Refund requests are reviewed inside a published refund window. Abuse, chargeback fraud, and repeated issuance cycles can void eligibility.

How requests are handled

  • Requests are submitted from the account page with a reason.
  • Support reviews billing history, issuance history, and abuse indicators.
  • Approved refunds are executed through Stripe.

When requests may be denied

  • Confirmed abuse, repeated refund cycling, or payment fraud.
  • Requests outside the posted refund window.
  • Inability to verify purchase ownership during manual review.
