Refund policy

Refunds are reviewed inside the published window. Confirmed fraud, repeated refund cycling, or abuse of Dedicated IP resources can affect eligibility.

How requests are handled

  • Refund requests are submitted from the account page with a reason.
  • Requests move through requested, reviewing, approved or denied, and refunded states.
  • Approved refunds are issued in Stripe and reflected back into the account timeline.

When requests may be denied

  • Confirmed abuse, payment fraud, or repeated refund cycling.
  • Requests outside the published refund window.
  • Inability to verify purchase ownership.
