Privacy policy

Matora separates billing state, account state, device state, and route state by design. We keep only what is required to run subscriptions, approvals, protection, refunds, and secure recovery.

What we keep

• Subscription state, plan tier, renewal date, and device count.
• Node health, error rate, and last-seen service quality data.
• Support records tied to the account email when refunds or security review require manual handling.

What we do not keep

• Visited destinations.
• DNS query contents.
• Session payload contents.

Billing separation

Stripe handles payment information and recurring billing. Matora uses customer and subscription state to gate service without mixing payment detail into routing telemetry.
