Raven keeps a commercial privacy posture: no target-site logs, no DNS query content logs, and no session payload logs.

Collected operational data

• Account status, plan tier, renewal state, and device count.
• Aggregated node health, error rates, and last-seen timestamps.
• Support history tied to billing identity when manual review is required.

Data Raven does not retain

• Visited destinations.
• DNS query content.
• Session payload content.

Billing separation

Stripe processes recurring billing and stores payment information. Raven links subscription state to service access through customer and subscription identifiers, not through a password identity system.
