Terms of service

Raven is sold as a subscription service with a device cap, acceptable-use constraints, and a clear refund process.

Service access

• One subscription unlocks up to five concurrent devices by default.
• Access can be suspended for unpaid invoices, chargebacks, or policy abuse.
• Recovery codes should be stored securely by the purchaser.

Acceptable use

• No abusive traffic that threatens service stability or third-party infrastructure.
• No resale or credential sharing outside the purchased device allowance.
• No attempts to interfere with Raven control-plane systems.

Changes

Launch pricing, device limits, and region availability may evolve as the service expands, but material changes will be published before renewal takes effect.
