Terms of service

Matora is sold as a subscription VPN service with device limits, anti-abuse controls, Dedicated IP add-ons, and an account-based refund path.

Service access

• Basic includes 10 devices by default, while Plus and Complete include 10.
• Unpaid invoices, payment disputes, and confirmed abuse may suspend access.
• Account security is maintained through email, password, and device management together.

Acceptable use

• No abusive traffic that threatens service stability or third-party infrastructure.
• No sharing access beyond the purchased allowance.
• No attempts to interfere with the service, download delivery, or other customer access.

Changes

Pricing, device allowance, and route coverage may evolve as the service expands, but material changes are published before renewal takes effect.
